Please contact us to discuss lesson time availability before registering to make sure that we can accommodate you/your child in your preferred location/time.

REGISTRATION FEE/DEPOSIT: $25/FAMILY PER YEAR (until AUGUST, 31 2024) This fee will be charged to your credit card upon submission of the Registration Form.

Auto-pay will be enabled by default. You may chose to turn off auto-pay once you have registered by doing so through your “My Music Staff” student portal.

Filling out this form enters you into our system, we will help you sign up for your specific lesson/class after we receive your registration form.

Once you have registered you will receive a link to log into our booking platform My Music Staff.
