SEAOM After School Fiddle Programming
Bring After School Fiddle to Your School!
We partner with schools and PACs to offer fun, engaging on-site fiddle programs, making music lessons easy for families and exciting for kids. Our After School Fiddle Program is designed for beginner students who are curious about music and ready to learn in a fun, supportive group environment. Starting as the bell goes at the end of the day and running until around 4:30pm, the program makes it possible for parents to get a full work day in while kids build their musical skills and appreciation.
What Students Will Learn
Led by one of our qualified and enthusiastic instructors, students learn the basics of playing the fiddle while building confidence, musical skills, and a love of playing together.
Classes include:
-
Basic fiddle technique
-
Posture and bow hold
-
Beginner fiddle tunes
-
Introductory music theory
-
Listening and ensemble skills
-
Performance skills
-
Musical games and activities
The focus is on learning through music-making, play, and the experience of being part of a group.
Who Is It For?
Our After-School Fiddle Programs can be open to students from Kindergarten to Grade 7.
No previous fiddle experience is required.
